I am a President and co-founder of AXISSED, board member in several business groups and NGOs in Lebanon and EMENA region, and an affiliated professor in international research centers (LEFMI- France and CERNAS Polytechnic Institute-Portugal). I received a Ph.D. in Business Finance with High Distinction from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France, for my research on the feasibility of infrastructure projects in Lebanon. Prior to starting my PhD, I earned a master's degree in industrial management and commerce and a master's degree in finance from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon, and I've been lecturing there ever since. I am honored to be an alumnus of this great university and to hold a Full Professorship in the Faculty of Business and Management at USJ.

As passionate businesswoman I expanded my inspirational experience by holding many positions in the academia fields in diverse universities in Lebanon and visiting professor in Lille-France. Also, I am a faculty member in Jesuit Worldwide Learning – Higher Education at the Margins (USA) where, as an instructor, My objective is to offer knowledge and learning to the most vulnerable while taking full care and respect of their dignity, and freedom (Cura personalis). In addition to that, I am a reviewer for many international peer reviewed journals, the chair or co-chair and on committees of different international conferences as well as member in two Scientific journal editorial boards.

Today, and after 23 years of dedication to my career, as passionate lady I built a valuable experience in the academic, research, sustainable and economic development fields. I am the president and co-founder of an NGO “Association of Excellence for Innovation Studies, Sustainability & Economic Development AXISSED”, an organization that relies and counts on Lebanese brains, think tanks and commitment to change and development. Furthermore, and after years of research in the fields of business innovation, artificial intelligence, sustainability and finance my current research interests are in green finance, SDGs and behavioral finance.

In terms of community service, I am a board member of Green Community civil society and serves in multiple committees in church and in school. Through my determination to community development, I induced multiple CSR strategies in organizations where I served as advisor and offered them advisory services. As an individual dedicated part of my focus on the human dignity, I lately enrolled in university Religious Science Programs where I obtained a diploma in religious studies and I just defended her master thesis about integral ecology-Laudato Si pope Francis Encyclical, finalizing my master studies on environmental theology, a new milestone and different achievement. 

I keep working hard to reach my goal. My passion/vocation in extending education and learning to others is limitless. I dive deep into developing graduate and none graduate candidates where I mobilize my effort, time, love, ethics and compassion in effective manner to secure quality outcome on knowledge and education.
